About the Event
CEO ACADEMY
The intention of this educational investment is to provide both relevancy and rigor to the entrepreneur in terms of the research conducted by TrueSpace and Gallup; specifically, to guide the CEO in creating the five operating conditions necessary to grow to the middle market.
Attending and participating in the Academy will provide the entrepreneur, a deep-dive into the six-year research effort that identified a set of operating conditions in top performing companies of the lower middle market – that were not evident in smaller aspiring firms. The design of the Academy is customized for each CEO to utilize their specific data from the Five Conditions assessment. The outcome is for each CEO to know what strategies will make the greatest difference in the growth plans of their firm.
Utilizing the results of the Five Conditions Assessment, the CEO will participate, with a Master Coach and a set of peers, to accumulate the know-how necessary to lead the development of the operating conditions.
In a 2.5-day Socratic instructional setting, the following outline is delivered:
- Becoming Growth Capable
- Establishing the Foundation to Build
- Developing Mastery in Forecasting
- Enrolling Stakeholders for a Journey
- Playing to Win by Knowing the Rules
The TrueSpace CEO Academy is an exclusive program limited to CEO’s who have led their businesses to a place where they can now build and reach the middle markets. Approximately 3% of small businesses qualify for the session.
